Any payments you have already made may be refunded by your employer, and you will not have become an active member of the scheme on this occasion. Please note, the telephone and online service are the quickest ways to opt out. However, if you would prefer to fill in a form, you can request one by calling The People’s Pension on 0300 2000 444 . Their opening hours are Monday to Friday (including bank holidays), 8.30am to 8.00pm and Saturday to Sunday, 9.00am to 5.00pm.

Membership booklet. You will receive a membership booklet with your pack from The People’s Pension. The office also keep a copy of this for your information.
